Commission Management
Our commission calculation solution is designed for large and medium-sized companies where the use of complex commission calculation and motivation systems is essential.
Our system handles both retail (B2C) and business (B2B) side commission calculations, it can be used to calculate product specific and service specific commissions.
Commission models for a flexible structure
By implementing our solution, the theory of commission calculation is separated from those entitled to the commission; more efficient management, increased automation, more reliable measurement and transparent monitoring of commission calculation processes is achieved. Optimisation of the commission system in the company can be achieved without risk through built-in forecasting and testing capabilities.
The commission management system is able to make efficient use of data from different back-end systems, and is stable and secure regardless of their variability.

Commission calculation procedures can be collected into models and models into schemas, allowing the calculation methods to be flexibly adapted to the needs of commercial management.
The commission system is basically built using the following logical concepts:

Commission models
We call commission models the basic commission calculation processes that agents can receive under a given legal title. These commission models can be freely organized into a commission model portfolio, which enables us to create a commission group, i.e., a commission scheme, corresponding to the given contract package.
Commission schemes
Once we have defined the individual commission models, we can later group them freely and create so-called commission schemes.
The individual commission schemes can be made active or inactive at any time, thus providing the opportunity to further develop the commission system during live operation without disrupting the existing regulations before they come into force.
Contract packages
Your company is in contact with agents and agencies through various contract packages. The content of each contract package can be made up of the previously compiled commission schemes. Accordingly, one or more contract packages and one or more commission schemes belong to a contracted agency.
Agents and agencies
The system registers external agents and agencies with a separate data card with all the necessary metadata. For each agency, an agency hierarchy can be created at any depth.
