The TriCrm product is the perfect solution for small and medium-sized companies that want to support their customer management within a standard, unified framework.

All your customer data in one place

Our solution is essentially a system for operational CRM support for sales people and contact managers in a B2B environment. Shared customer history management allows you to view the complete contact history of a customer or partner and plan future customer management.

Complex customer story

In TriCrm, all customer contacts are stored in a common database, allowing the sales director and the salespeople themselves to review all the details of the contact with a customer at any time with a single click. TriCrm allows you to manage the history of events relating to individuals, companies, groups, partners, commercial opportunities and competitors.

The customer history is a list of events related to different customers with a description, where you can list contacts by different search criteria (company name, contact person, trade opportunity).

Recording events

You can record your events in TriCrm using the quick-record function of the Event Calendar or the detailed data sheet on the Record Events screen. In addition to the basic event details (name, date, category, responsible party, associated company), you can assign the event to a campaign, project or commercial thread thus supporting future queries.

 

Event history and results

When recording our events, we have the opportunity to provide their history and results. These data will play an important role in the future when we want to display a detailed customer history for each of our partners.

 

Event participants

We can easily record the participants of our events, whether they are our own employees or external contacts. If the recorded participant is also a user, the event is automatically added to their calendar. Participants will be notified by e-mail when an event is created or modified.

 

Assign events to products

If we have previously recorded in our system the products or services provided by our company, we can also indicate on the event data sheet which product or service was associated with the event.

 

Recurring events

We can also record recurring events at given intervals with a one-off data entry. For example, we can record our weekly meetings or other events.

 

Private events

Events that are not public to other users can be recorded as private events. Although a private event is shown in the calendar for timeslot reservation purposes, it cannot be viewed by other users.

Listing events

All the events recorded in the system can be retrieved from the Event List screen and exported from the system in xlsx format if required. Our searches are facilitated by the saved search function.

 

Company history management

With the help of the company history, the trader is able to find out who has communicated with the selected company in the past and when, and can use this information to prepare effectively for the next negotiation.

 

Personal history management

The personal history lists the events related to a person, regardless of the company the person currently works for or represents. Accordingly, events in a person’s history can be linked to multiple companies and business opportunities.

 

Lead history management

In addition to companies and individuals, events can also be assigned to so-called trade opportunities (opportunities or leads). At any time, we then have a complete history of the customer communication that took place in relation to a sales opportunity.

CRM Dashboard

The TriCrm Dashboard is the home screen of the logged-in user, where you can track your current events, the most important commercial threads and get quick information about your performance against your target plans.

Contact monitoring report

The contact monitoring report continuously shows how long it has been since contact was made with the companies belonging to the given salesperson. In this way, the salesperson can constantly find out which customer they need to call or organize another event in order to maintain the relationship at the desired level.

Reports and monitoring

For the effective management of the sales department, it is essential to set different expectations for the salespeople and check their fulfillment rate. The TriCrm system provides the opportunity to determine how many events each trader must conduct within a given period, and what value must be achieved from the selected result type (for example, the gross value of the completed contract portfolio).

 

Planned / Actual data breakdown

We can track the monthly planned and actual events of the salespeople in a monthly breakdown. This makes the work of the traders more transparent, and the business goals of the traders become clear.

Customer group training

We can form different customer groups from our potential and existing customers, which can be the target groups of our campaigns.

Forecasting business opportunities

For companies where project-based sales are made, we can assign a separate map to each sales opportunity and use it to track the opportunity’s progress. It is possible to forecast the price predicted at the time of the offer and the current expected price, with a normal and a pessimistic forecast.

If we also record the costs related to the events for the events belonging to one of our commercial threads, then the customer’s spending can also be tracked; and we can compare the amounts spent with our income from the commercial thread.

Visibility of events based on authorization

In addition to the authorization services provided by the TriAdmin product component, in this product, individual salespeople can only view the history and data of their own events. Directors and department heads can see the events of their colleagues in addition to their own events.

Partner management, partner integration

The partner management module of the TriCrm product allows us to manage our partner companies and the people associated with them in a unified way.

If you already have an existing partner list (e.g. in SAP) or you want to expand the list of companies or persons previously added to TriCrm, you can do so using the partner import. The system also offers sample files for importing, which help you to check whether the files you want to import meet the formal requirements of the system. TriCrm also provides the possibility to check the data before and after the import, and to cancel the import if required.

In addition to one-off imports, continuous integration is also supported. Partner data from the source system can be received in xls and csv formats.

Custom fields in the TriCrm system

The custom fields built into TriCrm, which can be linked to different entities and their types, provide our customers and partners with a unique opportunity to add any number and type of custom fields to the fields in the base system, without the need for development.

For custom fields, we have the option to make the field mandatory. In this case, we will only be able to save the form if the field is already filled in.

Custom fields can be searched for in the same way as basic fields; custom field values will also appear in the export alongside the basic fields.
